Papers

All of my products are professionally printed by an FSC certified company on to the highest quality papers (card stocks). These papers have been internationally sourced for their particular properties and qualities, and are selected for particular designs on this basis. If you would like your stationery to be printed on a different card stock just shout out.

Envelopes

Invitations, Save the Dates, RSVPs and Thank You cards all* come with brown flecked envelopes as standard (others are available if you ask me nicely) to fit your products perfectly. 

*Except post card designs.

Personalised

Prices for Invitations ('Full' and 'Evening Only') and Place Settings include personalisation with each guest's name.

Samples

Sample invitations are available to order from all ranges to enable couples to see the quality of the papers, colours and designs first hand, however these cannot be personalised. At just £5 with free delivery, order a sample from the Etsy store now or drop me a line and I'll get one out to you.

Alterations

Want to make changes? No problem. Colours and text can be tailored to your needs at no additional cost. Card stock, sizes, folded/not folded, envelope types can all be altered for a small extra charge. There are no surprises (well, not nasty ones anyway) - you will be advised of any additional costs to be incurred before any such changes are made. Nobody likes paying more than they expected.

This applies to all designs, be they from the stock range or a bespoke design.

Digital Proofs

You will be sent a digital 'proof' of your design by email, complete with your details as supplied and any alterations you have requested. There is no limit to the number of revisions you can have; I want you to be happy (or, preferably, over the moon) with your design so we will keep going until we get there. Once you have approved the final proof, including details, wording, colours, spellings etc), your order will be sent to print. Your order can no longer be altered from this point so please check your proofs carefully.

LEAD TIME

This is largely dependent on the nature of your order. Orders from existing ranges are, generally speaking, sent to print within 1 week from order. Once your design has been sent to print you can usually expect to take delivery within 1 - 2 weeks.

Fully bespoke designs can take considerably longer depending on the nature of the design.

Ordering From An Existing Design range

Once you've placed your order, please send me a message including the necessary details of your big day and any alterations you would like to be made to the design. I will respond within 48 hours either with an initial draft 'proof' for your approval or to clarify any details with you.

The rest is then a partnership; we keep going with the design proofs until you're completely happy that everything is just right. For invitations I will then require a full guest list which I will run through with you as appropriate. There are no hidden extra costs.

Bespoke Orders

Fabulous! I love creating new designs (can you hear that nerd alert...). Get in touch and we can go through what you're looking for and costs. After we've gone through the sort of design and which products you require, approximate numbers etc I will require a 50% payment prior to commencing actual design work. The remaining balance will be due on completion (after you have approved the final proof) and before your designs are sent to print.

Should any additional costs arise during this process (for instance you decide you would like 100 invitations, not 80, and a table plan and some address labels) you will be advised of this prior to the extra work commencing.

The rest is a partnership! Bespoke designs are a particularly collaborative process. I send you drafts by email, you respond with what works for you and what doesn't and I make changes, send you further revisions and so on. We keep going until we get there!
